Free Shipping inside the United States, Priority Mail 5-7 days. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
For deliveries outside the United States, you are considered the importer and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's collection fees are in addition to your shipping charge and must be borne by you.

Receiving Credit for the Return
Please allow a minimum of fifteen (15) business days to receive and process returns.
Day’s Eye will notify via email using the contact information supplied by the buyer during the original order when the return has been received, reviewed and approved.
Refunds will be made with the same form of payment originally used to purchase within 30 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales taxes.
Damaged or Defective Products
Damaged or defective products returned to Day’s Eye are carefully inspected.
Please note that the life expectancy of any product depends on the individual handling care. The conditions of use by each individual can change the life expectancy of the product.
The characteristics of leather, suede, and patent are unique. Presence of minor flaws or differences in color or shade should be expected. These characteristics, such as marks and creases are part of the beauty of leather, they only enhance the handbag appearance as a whole.
